Oil /Water Leak

I have a 1975 Chrysler 45HP. I have noticed a mix of oil and water and possibly fuel coming from a small hole in the lower unit. The hole is located just above one of the back bolts that secures the lower unit. I can't tell if the oil is gear oil or motor oil. Is this normal? I notice it when I take the boat out of the water.

If it is fuel and oil this is normal. After you run a engine and take it out of the water the left over fuel drains out the bottom. If it is water and gear lube you have a leak in your lower unit and that needs to be fixed.
