Oil Presure Gauge

Starting my second season, boat is in water and running fine, but I noticed that at idle the gauge reads 20 psi and at almost full trottle it goes to about 80 psi. I do not remenber this swing last season. I have a 305 mercurycrusier.<br />Am I OK?<br />Thanks!

10 psi. per 1000rpms is the Accepted Minimun range.......<br /><br />Once you get up to Temp, I think your numbers will drop a little......<br /><br />Your motor is Fine......

Sounds about right. Just keep a eye on it.
