oil pressure warning

My 2003 F225 Yamaha outboard had an oil warning while fully throttled within 5 minutes, and had not happen prior all day at less speed. In past, it never happened at 700-4500 RPM. Dipstick shown 1 quart low on level in driveway, to which I added a quart. Two trips later, I checked the oil & it showed a quart too much. How could this happen? Is there a restriction possible somewhere in the system that would explain this?

Change your oil and DO NOT fill past the half mark. The hatch marks on the stick only indicate the safe area. NEVER put a four stoke at the top mark.
