New to forum and to inboard/outboards. Would appreciate any help. I have a 2005, 350 MAG, MPI with all the bells and whistles on a 220 sea ray Sundeck. I have an "Oil pressure sensor fault alert" showing up when I turn the key on. The problem fixes itself by sitting on the trailer a couple of days. It's happened twice now. Was wondering if I could disconnect the sensor, spray it, then plug it back in to see if it's just a connection/possible moisture problem. Anyone know where the sensor is located. Thanks in advance.

The sensor is located on the engine block just above where the oil filter would be (if it didn't have a remote oil filter kit). It's not uncommon for these sensors to fail, I would just replace it.

Thanks Newport Dave, Your advice is exactly what I was looking for. I found what I believe is the oil pressure se;)nsor as it looks like the replacement part I saw online. I will change it and see what happens. Thanks for your time.
