Oil mix ratio trolling 1988 50 hp Merc

In the interest of trying to polute less I was wondering if I could run say a 75-100 to 1 mixture while trolling with this motor using a separate tank. I troll for 3-5 hours on a regular basis and can easily instal a y-switch valve to go between tanks. I already use etec xd 50 oil to reduce the smoking so I don't know if there is much advantage my idea. This motor is a great trolling motor with the smoothness of the 4 cylinders.

Run only 50:1 mix. It wont be long at 100:1 that motor to blow.

Automatic Oilers run around 60:1 at idle but I would never do what you're considering because I'm too forgetfull. One time and it would be all over.
