Oil Injection Removal question

Motor = 1990 115HP Yamaha ETLD

My friend recommended removing the oil injection system from the motor and I agreed as I wanted to run my two stroke kicker from my main gas tank.

The oil pump drive shaft was removed, the oil tank in the boat removed and the oil tank on the motor removed.
This year, I decided to remove the emergency oil switch but when I did, the motor acted like I ran out of oil.

Out of the top of the oil emergency switch is a a four wire connector with a black, white, brown and red wire. Out of the bottom of the switch is a seven wire connector consisting of a black, yellow, brown, green, yellow w/ red stripe, green w/ red stripe and blue wire.

What do I need to bypass to take off the switch? Also there is a large black ground wire that lays parallel to the main wiring harness going out of the motor. This wire has a male waterproof connector on it but nothing to attach to it. Could it be for some piece of dash equipment?
