oil injection pump on 2002 90 hp ficht,PLEASE HELP

Does Any One Know If The Oil Injection Pump Should Click When The Key Is Turned On,this Engine Is Not Getting Oil,i Had To Replace 2 Pistons,i Dont Want To Run It And Ruin It Agian.now That I Have It All Together,i Want To Make Sure It Is Injecting Oil.if I Pinch Off The Return Hose And Crank It Over Oil Comes Out Of The Hoses,but Without It Pinched ,no Oil.ichecked Power To The Injector ,11.5 V,but The Injector Pump Dont Make Any Sound.could This Be A Faulty Injector Pump,is This A Common Failure.please Help Chris

Your oil injector needs 40 volts to fire.

You would be a lot better off obtain the factory manual to read and understand the FICHT system and testing procedures. A laptop, interface cable, and the diagnostic software is needed for troubleshooting.

Another option is to find an experienced and trained tech who specializes in the Evinrude FICHT motors to find out exactly what is happening and to fix it correctly.
