oil injected 25 hp motor

I have to replace my older 25 merc premix motor soon,lake mead premix
restrictions.
I am looking for a used 25 tiller steer outboard, long shaft.

my question is what year did most outboard manufacturers go to
oil injection,so i know about what year to search for??

of course if anyone on here has one for sale i would appreciate it.
