Oil for EZ Loader hubs

The manual specs 50 or 90w oil. I have plenty of 75w90. What disadvantage is there to using the multi viscosity oil?
The two front wheels on my trailer need adjusting and I am sure when I remove that clear cap the oil is coming out!

It would work fine, the diffrence is like motor oil blends.

Since I've never owned a trailer with these hubs before I just have to say how easy they are to service.
Unscrew the cap, adjust the bearings and screw the cap back on. Then fill with oil. No mess.
I don't think this chore took 20 minutes.
