Oil filter for 3.0?

Anyone know of the oil filter part # or reference # for a 1989 3.0 Mercruiser? I'm 60 miles from a marine dealer and none of the auto parts stores in town are able to cross-reference the Quicksilver filter that is on it. I don't have time to order one before the weekend starts. Thanks for any info.....Goeb

I use a FRAM PH30 in my '87 2.5L Merc. I believe that it would be the same on the 3.0.

If you have a NAPA they can help you..They carry marine and auto parts...pete42
