Oil Dripping out of Exhaust 96 50HP!?!?

My boat (22ft Crest Pontoon) has been out of the water since October, I happened to look at prop as I was walking by and there was an oil mark / timy puddle On the grass under the LU, I looked at the LU more closely and it looks like the Oil is Coming out of the exhaust (prop area) and running along the bottom of the LU and down the skeg ( motor is tilted up as the Boat is on the trailer). Not a ton of oil, but black oil. Could this be from when I fogged the motor prior to storage?!!?! Or a bad prop seal, any one ever see this. What should I check first?

This is unburned oil in the exhaust dripping out. Perfectly normal, and probably a result of all that oil you dumped in while fogging.

Nothing to see here, move along.
