oil dripping on prop

I have a 1979 evinrude 6 hp (6904E) I am getting a white oily mixture(gas & water)? from the exhaust housing discharge and the weep hole under the fin of the lower gear case dripping down on the propeller.the lower gearcase oil was changed and was still clean (no water mixed) I ran the motor a few times and the gear oil is still full and clean . I bought this motor new and never had any problems or any work done on it . any help will be appreciated Thank You.

Most likely it is just unburnt oil and gas mixed with water dripping down from the exhaust housing. This is normal and happens a lot more when trolling or idling the motor for a period of time. If you checked the lower unit oil and it was OK, I wouldn't worry about it.
