Oil commig out of my plugs

I fired up for the 1st time. The motor was fogged for winter and I fired up and I had to have the warm up lever up in order for it to run. Smoked really bad so I'm not sure if it's getting all the fog out. Every time I would put the lever down motor would die. I pulled the cover off when I got home and noticed ouil around the plugs. The motor is a 74 115hp evinrude. I'm pretty sure I had the gas ratio right 50:1 this is my first boat so I hope I mixed it right but I'm not sure whats going on is this normal.

Put some new plugs in it and torque them to specs. With the new plugs you'll have new plug gaskets.
