oil coming out of plug hole #4

I am new to Iboat forums, but have read a lot of these threads and there are a lot of very knowledgable people on this site. I have a 2006 honda BF130 and I am having an issue with oil coming out of the the spark plug #4 hole. Is this a serious problem or could it be something easy to fix. I also would like to know if there is a way to clean and lubricate the flywheel through the hole under the starte. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....Thanks Peter
