Oil coming out of pinhole on lower unit

Just below the cavitation plate. Didn't leak before, but lower unit was just off for impeller replacement. No visible traces of water in the lower unit oil. Are we looking at a bad gasket, seal or ??? Not sure where the oil would be coming from specifically internally.

What you're seeing may be unburned two cycle oil weaping from the midsection cavity.Of course without knowing what engine we are discussing ,I can't be sure.Did you smell the oil to see if it was gearlube?

it's a 1971 v4 100hp evinrude ( electric shift )

Didn't smell the fluid.
