OIL COMING FROM AROUND PROP

Hi,<br />I recently bought a 25 hp merc. (new 2003) and just finshed first tank of fuel witch was double mixed for break in.yesterday when i came off the lake i noticed some oil or lube mixed with water (whiteish)coming out of the prop.Is this a result of the extra oil not being burned or is this a cause for concern.thanks joe

It is very common for the 25's to leak fluid after breakin. Generally it is from the breakin oil. But to be on the safe side. Check the color of the gear lube and compare it.<br /><br />TMD
