Oil and petrol mix

Hi. Just got a 2 stroke Sea doo jetski (bombardier XP Rotax Powered) And not sure about how much oil to mix with the petrol not sure if it is 50:1...Does anyone know?

Have you checked the SeaDoo website? They have owners manuals listed there.

some you have to mix, some are auto mix. year model would really help there are a lot of seadoo's out there.

As far as I know seadoo never made a rotax valved engine that did not have an oil injection pump. Did someone remove the pump? Even if they did remove the pump the rotax valve still need to be oiled by the oil resevoir.

Very true. That and you want to make sure you don't premix the gas then have the pump add more oil.

Unless the injection pump was removed and was blocked off you do not have to run premix. If your XP is a 98+ than the oil fill reservoir is located on the port side of the engine bay. I'm not sure where it is on the earlier XP's. Just fill up the oil reservoir and gas and go.
