Well I was lucky and was only effected in the fact that I didnt get any work done on my boat, but I know many people got much more and some good friends are now homeless. I hope that all the people on Iboats in my area made it trough the weekend safe.
I have never been so close to damage like this and its a reall eye opener when its not just some "trailer park in Oklama" and it becomes your back yard. Just a ten mile diferance and it would have whent through Toledo a city with over 500,000 people. I dont care where your from 26 Tornados from one storm, in one night is a lot.
Dundee Mich got it bad, monro Mich got it bad.....even caused damage to the Fermi 2 Nucleur power plant. Delta Ohio just a few miles north of me had a Tornado hit that stretched for about 7 miles, Lake township Ohio was by far the worse got hit by a EF-3 and they are invesigating more and could possibly bump it to a EF-4!! 10 mile path of distruction. This one started less then a mile from where I work. To top that all off with in hours of the storm the trash came out and started looting and trying to take advatage of victams, wanting to charge to remove and clean up damage, some people should just be shot!
Bad stuff all over this weekend, Oil in the south and Tornados in the north!
