I know exactly what you are dealing with... And pressure washing it won't work.... <br /><br />no4, I've had the best luck with an acid based cleaner for aluminum hulls...<br /><br />The stuff I have used is called ZING Formula 4, made by Zing Products out of St. Louis. I'm sure there are similar cleaners out there that do the same thing. This is a Rubber Glove and Eye Glasses job, and you'll still have to do quite a bit of scrubbing to get that crap off. But it does seem to break it down. It will also brighten up that aluminum like new....
