Thanks for making me check the thrust hub. I know that was the problem and i haven't even ran it yet. In my rushing around and doing a last minute thing without paying much attention, i realized last night that the spare prop had the thrust hub already in it. So when i ran it the other night, i had the one from the other prop that stayed on the shaft and the one that was in the spare prop. It must have pushed the prop back too far using two thrust hubs and the exhast was leaking between the prop and the bottom end causing the prop to cavitate so much. Just wanted to say thanks. You've bailed me oout of a few problems now and i really appreciate it. You should set up your own tech web site. I'm sure you get a lot of hits per day with all of your knowledge, helping people without even looking at the boat/motor. I'm a network administrator and partial web builder and if i can repay you in any way, let me know. I owe ya. Thanks.

- Jersey
