Obtaining a trailer for my new deck boat?

I just found a deck boat, but ti didn't come with a trailer. The owner never had a trailer for it as he bought it in the water from the marina where he keeps it. I'm not going to keep it there so I need a trailer for it.

It's a 1996, 24' Rinker Flotilla, with a fiberglass tri-hull/tritoon design and a 43. I/O.
From the pics I have found on the Internet, it appears that this hull is supported by two bunks on each side, under the outside under the outside hulls.

What I need to figure out is what kind of trailer I will need. Would it need to be a pontoon trailer, or could it be another type of trailer that has a set of bunks on each side that I could adjust so they oppose each other?

Example, This one had a sportcraft on it, but has a set of bunks on each side. I wonder if this trailer would work if the adjustment would allows the inner bunks to be flipped toward the outside.

And even if I buy new, how's that gonna go? Do I go to a trailer dealer and tell them I need a trailer for a 1996 Rinker, or do I tell them I need a pontoon trailer that is adjustable?

Thanks,
Chris

Re: Obtaining a trailer for my new deck boat?

OK, I have specs on the required support, for the most part. I need to support the center hull with a V shaped bunk setup, and the outer hulls with a straight board. I did not think to ask about how much of the hull, lengthwise, needs to be supported, and how much can hang off the back.
I have found a couple of trailers, one has 20' 6" from the winch roller to the end of the existing bunks, is aluminum, and is 200 bucks cheaper than the second trailer, because it is older.
The second trailer is galvanized and has 22' 9" from the winch roller to the end of the existing bunks.

Both are tandem axle and both have brakes on one axles. I will have to customize the bunk setup on which ever trailer I buy, to support my hull.

Is there a general rule as to how far past the bunks, on the rear, a boat can hang? 6", 1', 2' 3'?
Is there a general rule about how far past the end of the trailer the bunks can hang?

I'd like to get the aluminum trailer, because it's aluminum, and cheaper, but it's shorter, and I don't have any room to move the winch tower, unless I have extend the tongue of the trailer.
Is extending the tongue an option?

Thanks,
Chris

as the engine(s) are mounted to the transom the bunks should support the bottom of the transom. If they don't you will end up with indents in the hull.
