My problem is that after i initally start and run motor for a while and shut it off for 5 minutes it wont be primed up therefore will not run. The fuel pump makes a loud whinning noise like it doesnt have fuel in it.i can pump and pump the primer bulb and finally get it going. When it runs it runs perfect like it does from start up when cold. It is a 2003 90 nissan tldi model nsd90b
