I just bought a mid 90s NS40C Nissan 40 2 stroke from a marine tech school. It was missing alot when I got it. So far everything was going together fine.I just rebuild the water pump and was going to put it back together when I looked at the water pipe. There was no piece sticking out to go into the water pump. Kinda looks like maybe someone broke at some point. I just had a question about the water pipe. How long should the end be in the housing so it can be mated up with the water pump when you put the lower back on? If anyone knows that would be awesome.
