NS25C3 Lower Unit Seal Replacement

I have a 2003 Nissan 25 NS25C3 that had water in the lower unit when I went to change fluid. What seal kits do I need to change? Does the kit include the spring pins for the shift rod connection? Does the kit include the gasket for the oil plug screws? How hard would it be to change the prop shaft while I am changing these seals?

There's a kit that include everything you need for the LU : 346-87321-6

Spring pins : 951407-0312 / 10 Pack

Why do you need to pull prop shaft out, is it bent ?
