Not taking Fuel!

Hello all. I'm new here to this forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Having problems with my2000 Johnson outboard 150hp. It seems to not be taking fuel, as in she starts right up, idles for approx. 10sec then stalls out. Fresh plugs, fresh fuel. Replaced the primer bulb and tried a clear fuel line to bulb from a small tank to see what's up. She's not taking any fuel after start up. This motor had been sitting for approx. 2years. I'm no master mechanic, but am looking for suggestions...fuel filter,pump,regulator,?? Again thanks for the help!!

Check the fuel filter.
