Not getting iboats emails?

I wondered if anyone else is having this problem.

I'm not getting email notifications on subscribed threads. In the Messaging & Notification section, I have both boxes checked to receive, and have "Instant email notification" checked for my default thread subscription.

I also checked my email server and Outlook on my computer and there is nothing in the spam folders either.

lake, I just posted the same thing did not see your post first sorry. But mine is doing the same as yours is so it must be with the forum hopefully they will fix it soon...

The Forum is going through some changes and possibly that is just a glitch. I will inform the forum IT people at iboats and get it fixed. Can't promise "light speed" on the repair but I will report it.

Thanks, I had recently deleted several old subscriptions and then after that it became apparent that I wasn't getting the notifications. So I wondered if I had deleted several I'm currently following by mistake, but that's not it. It's a convenient feature, but I'll just have to follow along more closely in the meantime.

There has been an on-going switching of server's, upgrades and tweaks to the forum. I have spoken with iboats about the issues and that is what I have found out. (Happening at iboats Headquarter's and far away from anyone here)

Each time an issue arises it is looked into.

I do not have a time-line answer of when it will be done.

Please be patient.

I was told on another post to register a new email account and that would fix it haven't tried yet but will today
