Howdy JSFinn.

It has been many years, but when I lived in Arlington in the mid-60s, Occoquan reservoir was my favorite fishing hole, winter and summer.

Good fishing. :)

JB,

You are the man! The Occoquan reservoir is one of my favorite spots too, but it's been slowing down a lot lately. I don't know if it was then, but the boat ramp is at Foutain Head park and it closes for the winter. The only other ramps I've heard of are private.

What part of Arlington did you live in? I used to work in Rosslyn and my grandparents used to live in Crystal City. I bet it's changed a lot since the 60s. It's all high rises and traffic now! ;)
