Non Slip

Does anyone know what the pieces are called that set on the top of the boat sides that are chrome with rubber dimples on them. Mike are about an inch wide, chrome with a bunch of dimples which I imagine are non slip. I have tried an internet search for non slip dimples but no luck. I am looking for the nice chrome plated or stainless ones. Thanks for any help offered.
