noisy merc. 650

the rubber of foam insulation inside the front cover plate on motor has eroded away over the years. merc shop says the replacement is no longer available. would the aerosol spray foam insulation from the hardware work or is there a better alternative out there? thanks. art

try some pre-glued foam wetherstrip from the<br />local home center. the kind they use for doors.<br />(if they have any left over this time of year)<br />good luck,<br />M.Y.
