Most motor did not use a PEE hole until around 1980. I did not see a year but if it is older than 1980 may be ok. Does it over heat???

Re: NO WATER COMING OUT THE PISSER

It maybe hard to believe but small insects have been know to build nest in the rubber line that runs to the pisser. Remove the line and small cap and run a small wire through it. Also if you had a badly worn impeller, small pieces of rubber could have clogged the line. It doesn't take much to cause a blockage.
Good luck...

Remove pisser tube from outer engine cover. Try
blowing through this tube by mouth. Start engine
w/ running water, warm to operating temp. Cut motor off, blow through tube and repeat several
times. Maybe you could clear a blockage. If not
successful, may be worth traceing water passages
to find blockage before engine seizes.
