i have a 70 model 55 hp and i am getting no volts to the blue wire(ign) on the block. i checked the ohms to it before i hooked it up to the motor. i bought a new keyswitch and installed it. i checked the kill switch on the controls. i believe it is bad since the ohms read the same with the switch cliped or not so i unhooked the wires and tried, still no volts, so i jumped a wire on the 2 wires and still nothing to blue. what am i forgeting........
