Hi everyone, here’s my story, 1988 Yamaha 130 v4 2 stroke,ran normal, shut down to drift about 1/2 hour and wouldn’t start, after about 20 tries I made it back to ramp around 1500 rpm, any more or less it stalled.
I changed out fuel, line and bulb, filter, fuel pump, rebuilt carbs, went over static timing,
It will start occasionally on its own but kick right up with starting fluid and run normal ( needs a little carb adjusting), it would start with fluid prior to the work but wouldn’t idle unless on throttle bypass and would stall under 1500 rpm. Should I go over carbs again? I’m at a loss at this point.
