help just bought 1996 nitro 884 bass boat 150 hp xri merc efi runs great at first start on water. when stop for 15 min will not restart floods suspect no spark because fuel fouling. loaded on trailer drove home connected muffs hit starts clears flooding runs just fine twice now. talk to previous owner said to throttle up before starting no help. before going to lake again for testing. looking for any advice. have manual meter and tools master auto tech. novice boat tech. a little more technical than my 85 hp force Ive had for 6 yrs
