No spark

I have a 1973 65hp hohnson. I have no spark on cylinder 1 but I do I 2 and 3. I moved the wires around between coils with the same results. I put a different power box on with the same results. Any suggestions

Try swapping coils around and see if I spark condition follows a bad coil
