No spark

I recently posted a thread about my 1992 2stroke Johnson 40hp dropping a cylinder intermittently. I replaced the coil and the power pack and that took care of my problems. This was 6 mo ago or so. Yesterday when returning from fishing as I approached the dock engine dropped cylinder again. When I returned home I started engine to determine which cylinder dropped. Once I changedplug wires to eliminate wireing issues I tried to crank again and now no spark either cylinder. Could this be the power pack and or ignition coil again this soon?
