No Spark

1971 Mercury 110, 9.8hp. I'm not able to get any spark to the plugs. Anyone have advice on where do I go from here.<br />Thanks for any help

Suspect points and/or coils. Might consider just replacing both on a motor that age, unless you know the history.

Oldboat1: Thanks for your reply. Does this year Merc have points or a Stator? Motor has very little use, owner said was running good then stoped so sold it to me.<br />Thanks
