No spark to 2 of 4 cyclinders

1965 90hp Johnson V-4--2&4 plugs not getting any spark. Recently removed head and heli-coiled #4, replaced head now no spark. Pulled both plugs while running and no effect in idle. I'm stumped. Can someone please help? Thanks, Daryl

Djay.... Since you have spark to the other bank, the rotor, dist cap, and coil are fine.<br /><br />You have two sets of points. In all probability, one set is either dirty, or set improperly.

hey,perhaps in the head r&r you jogged the wiring, check for continuity.I dont think head removal would affect the points.
