No spark then undid coil wires now weak spark

I have a four wins 2.3ib and I didn't have spark and I replaced coil, rotor, cap, condenser, and points and still had nothing. I then took off all the wires on the coil except the power in and power out, and now have weak spark. what's going on?

Did you set dwell?

Dwell as in points to .018

Might need to lightly file the points otherwise could be condenser issue. Have seen faulty condensers out of the box
