no spark in one cylinder

I have a 1986 20hp mercury that only has spark in one cylinder. I checked the coil with ohm meter, checked OK. I was told maybe switch box( power pack) is probably bad. anything else I should check before I spend $150 on something that might be good. S/N OA929166 Model 1020226

not sure what type of ignition system that has but you can go to http://www.cdielectronics.com/support/ and they have free troubleshooting chart you can follow online.

thanks you for the advice. found it was power pack. replaced now motor starts and runs great.
