I am still in the process of bringing back a 2002 Ski Centurian that sunk at the dock in shallow water. The back third of the boat went under. I have replaced the following: ECM 555 (off ebay same motor package different drive Bravo), both the low pressure and high pressure fuel pumps starter and plugs. The motor cranks good and with the new ECM pressurizes the fuel rail fine. I have no spark at the plugs or coil. I looked in the manual and did not find a trouble shooting section for the ignition system. Can someone direct me on a systematic approach to trouble shoot the problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Look at chart Chart A‑1 Engine Cranks Over but Will Not Start on page 2A-13 of the OEM service manual.

Don S, Thank you for the direction on the trouble shooting chart. I ran down the chart and replaced the coil and now have spark, and fuel pressure at the rail and it will fire with a shot of starter fluid but I believe it is not getting any fuel thru the injectors. Is there a sensor possibly a crank sensor that tells the ecm when to fire the injectors? How do you trouble shoot the injectors? I looked for a similar chart for the fuel system but it did not go to the injectors.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
