I've got a glastron 175xs with the Volvo Penta 3.0l I have absolutely no power what so ever I've got a new battery sanded and sealed all connections from battery to the motor and forward still nothing. I've checked all fuses and the 50 amp breaker all are good I have no accessories no power to engine nothing I'm lost and don't know where to go next.

Need a voltmeter and trace the connections.
Have you checked the 55 amp fuse on the starter post, resembles the 90 amp below

Power comes from the Bat to the starter post, to the 50 amp breaker and where does it stop?

I was going through I got 12.56v to the front little pad under the drivers area I had 12.5v at the starter I had between 5 and 6 at the 50 amp circuit breaker so I went back to the starter instead the stud for the battery and the other wires attached one was decently rusted and broke so that might me the issue but still doesn't solve why I don't have gauges or oil pressure warning buzzer. Unless it happens to be that set of red wires. Also I should be able to bridge the starter and see if the motor will crank at all correct?

Power goes from the starter post to the 50amp breaker.
Other side of breaker (red/purple wire) thru the 10 pin engine plug
Other side of 10 pin plug to 20 amp fuse at the helm and to the key switch
Key ON = powers purple wire which feeds gauges and motor back thru the 10 pin engine plug

So the red or red/purple wire broke this is the issue

Maybe the key switch but just guessing. Its back to the voltmeter to see if the key is turning power OFF when key turns to OFF

Should also be able to unplug all of the switch and if it's still going something would be touching something it shouldn't be. Somewhere.....
