No power @ wot under load

Mercury 20hp 1990



No power @ WOT. Bogs right down. Motor starts everytime, idles great and trolls fine. But when opened opened up starts sputtering. Here's the thing...in netreul the motor will rev up no problem. Changed a lot parts. I've almost given up, almost. Any help would be greatly appriected.

compression was a little low but the same in both cylinders

could be leaning out, fuel pump or partially blocked carb passage. Have you tried pumping the bulb while running wot?

cleaned carb and new gaskets all around. fuel pump too. think i might pull her off again and recheck things. this is killing me. fuel bulb stays the same throughout. fuel filter container stays full even when @ WOT
