No Power to ?

I was reading the post regarding no power to start engines.

I have a 2005 Sea Ray 320. 350MPI Horizon, inboards. Last week I had a problem with one of my batteries (4) went bad. It was heating up big time, and my engine wouldn't start. I kept on trying, and tried to use the emergency start. It only tripped the other breaker.

I had a 4 batteries tested, and had to replace the one that heated/overheated up. Once replaced, I noticed when I put both batteries on, turn the ignition on, and activate the switches at the keys usually my smartcraft goes on. My port engine started right up. My starboard wouldn't do anything. I didn't even get the beeping sound when I turn on the rocker. I tired to use the emergency start again, when I did, the smartcraft came on, however, after about 3-5 seconds the port breaker tripped. It did this all 3-4 times I reset and tried again. I'm guessing there's some type of short on the starboard side that's why the smarcraft won't power on, and when I try to force it, all it does is trip the port breaker.

I used a test light, and I have power at the starter. I also have power on both sides of the 90 amp fuse on the starter. I then looked for power at the 50 amp red button fuse on the engine and I have no power on either side. I checked the port engine, and when the ignition is on, I have power on both sides, but nothing on the starboard side.

I also checked the 3 fuses that are on the harness near the 2 relays are, and all 3 fuses are good.

At this point, I have no freaken idea what's going on. I'm going back down tomorrow, and was going to check if I have power at the battery switch, and see if there is any fuse there. Also, I will remove my panel downstairs, and see if I have power at the ignition switches, and if I have power when I turn the keys on.

Any suggestions? I'm completely lost.

Is the port breaker the port engine 50 amp breaker or the 20 amp ignition breaker?

Not finding voltage on either side of the 50 amp engine breaker means the 90 amp fuse has blown.
