No power to ignition

My 5.0 Bayliner 245sb has no power to the ignition or the incoming wire to the ignition breaker below the steering wheel. Also no power to the engine gauges. Have good voltage at the battery isolator select switch outlet side.

Check for voltage at the red wire on the ignition switch. If you have power at the red wire, your switch is bad

If you do not have power, go back to the big round plug and check there. Could be the cannon plug, or bad circuit breaker at the motor

No power at the ignition red inlet wire and also no power at the ignition breaker. Is the red plug the reset located back of the carburetor on top of the engine, if so I have no power on the inlet side of that as well

Ayuh,...... Welcome aboard,..... Then start at the battery to the starter, to the breaker by the carb,....

As Bondo stated, keep backing up to the battery. You could have multiple bad connections or a damaged cable
