My dt 30 suziki will not or does not seem to have full power. It is on a 14 ft. aluminium boat was running fine then at 3/4 throtle it surged then I couldn't even get enough speed to get up un step . Is it a prop or ignition or valves fuel seems to be ok I am at wits end thanks
