No oil pressure but I have power

I have a new to me 2003 Yamaha z200 hpdi and the engine runs fine but
I have no oil pressure on the gauge. Where on this motor is the sending
unit and how can I test for this problem

Welcome to iboats.

You have a 2 stroke motor and it doesn't have oil pressure like a 4 stroke. You probably are are seeing an oil level indicator if you have a Yamaha gauge package. another question, in your opinion what is the best service manual for Yamaha outboards?

The one from Yamaha for your motor

It is a Yamaha gauge that says PSI with
a bulb that is in the lower right side
It shows no pressure

Maybe water pressure.
they do not come with one but you can install a sensor for water pressure and one for water temperature if it is not there now.

Does your gauge look like any in the Operators Manual? Can you post a picture?
