I have a Mercury 2000 m/y 50HP 4stroke Big Foot on my pontoon that that will not idle well, or run at slow speed. It sputters and stalls. If you can "nurse" it up to 3200+ rpm, it smooths out, and runs like a champ. Slow it back down, you might as well shut it off. Plugs are fresh out of the box.
