no lock down on motor.

Brother bought a new 20 hp 4 stroke. no tilt and trim. when its put in reverse you have to hold motor in reverse or it jumps out of gear. also motor rares up as it dosnt lock down. It was bought new this year. it has done this from day one. It probably has 10 hrs on it. this is a tiller stere with no elect start. thank a lot lwr

Man. Get that thing back to the dealer. It bees broke. Needs to be readjusted.
