I have a boat with no HIN. Help! Can anyone tell me what I have?

What does the title / registration tell you? FYI: The Thermo Electron Corp. (made your engine and drive) is still in business so you might contact them.

I have no paperwork. The guy I bought the boat from kept saying he would get it to me. Purchased boat in Sept. 2011and have done a little work since. Would like to finish off and get her in the water soon, but need the paperwork.

Ayuh,... In that case, Only the PO can help ya,....

Without the paper trail, you've got an unusable pile of parts...

The Hin/ Vin should be on the upper starboard corner of the transom...

I have been through the entire thing looking for some kind of identification. I posted on here after talking to a guy that said someone should be able to identify it. I am hoping that happens. Thanks for trying.

Apply for a homebuilt title, HIN. They will assign you a new hin that day.

What you have is known as a yard planter 2000.

Thats funny....

Two of my boats had the factory HIN on the inside. Mounted to the transom on the port side.
