1979 Evinrude 115. Rebuilt the motor last year, has about 100 hours on it. The last few weekends I have taken the boat out it will not run full speed for the first few minutes. This is only the first few minutes on the first day. Once the high speed jets kick in it runs great for the rest of the weekend, even after having sat overnight.

Any ideas?

trying to figure out my own problems, but i did come across a situtation where my tilted motor while parked had an affect on the fuel/air equalization in lines, like a bubble or something,.......

I don't know how many cylinders you have but with my 2 cylinder 40 hp I often flood it on initial start of the day. When it does fire it will often run on only one cylinder until the other cylinder purges out some of the extra gas and then I am back up to full power. For the rest of the day she runs like a top every start. Best of luck. Rick.
